60 years of VTG

On October 30, 2011 VTG will be 60! A good reason for a „Look back to the future”.
Creation in 1951 as the post-war confusion was coming to an end, privatization in 1961 and sale to PREUSSAG, which later developed into the TUI Group, change of ownership from TUI to the American value investor Wilbur Ross in 2005 and finally the IPO in 2007 – these are just a few milestones in the eventful history of VTG. 60 years are reason enough to pause and review the past decades.
